The founding team at LearningStance came together around a shared observation: the L&D industry had access to extraordinary technology, genuine behavioural science, and decades of instructional design thinking — and was still producing learning that didn't stick.
We set out to change that. Not with a new methodology or a catchy framework but with a team that blends design thinking, digital innovation, and deep human insight into every single engagement.

LearningStance began with a simple observation.
For over 15 years, our founder, Anjali Kukreti, worked with organizations of all sizes, from global institutions to leading Indian enterprises, designing learning programs, workshops, and digital learning experiences.
Again and again, she saw the same problem. Organizations invested heavily in training, but people often returned to work unchanged. Learning was treated as an event to complete, not a capability to build.
That raised an important question: What if learning was designed to create real change, not just deliver information? That question became LearningStance.
Founded in 2024, LearningStance brings together learning strategists, designers, and technology specialists to help organizations build the skills, systems, and capabilities their people need to thrive.

Over 15 years, she has designed capability frameworks, e-learning systems, and workforce development programs for some of the world's most recognised organisations, from UN bodies to India's largest automotive and manufacturing brands.
Her founding vision for LearningStance was clear: bring together a multidisciplinary team that blends design thinking, digital innovation, and human insight and build L&D solutions that go beyond content delivery to create real, measurable change in how people work.
She was recognised at the Uttarakhand Icon Awards 2025 for her contributions to learning and development, and continues to work directly on every LearningStance engagement.
